Booking, Deposits, and Late Fee Policies
Booking:
You must schedule your appointment at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Appointments booked less than two (2) weeks in advance, may be considered but not guaranteed.

Deposits:
You must pay 100% of your booked service(s) to hold your appointment.
Deposits are fully refundable if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your booking.
Deposits may be transferred if appointment is rebooked at least 24 hours prior to initial appointment.
Deposits are non refundable for no call/no shows or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to initial appointment.
Late fees:
You will receive a 15 minute grace period if you are late.
If you are beyond 15 minutes late, you will be charged an extra 15% of your total fee.
If you are beyond 30 minutes late, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable for same day cancellations.
Our Guarantee
If, by any rare chance, we have to cancel your appointment and we are not able to reschedule with you, your deposit will be fully refunded.
